Scheduling An Appointment
Our beauticians are prompt with appointments.  Your advance notice of a cancellation is very much appreciated.  And to make it easy on yourself, why not schedule your next appointment before you leave.  Please let us know if you have any medical or special needs that will require our attention.

Scheduling A Spa Treatment
Reservations are required to hold your appointment.  A 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is greatly appreciated.  We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your reservation.  Remember to properly hydrate by drinking plenty of water before and after experiencing any skin or body care treatment.  Wearing sandals is also recommended.

Walk-Ins
We value all customers and welcome those without appointments.

Group Parties
For your convenience, please schedule an appointment for groups of (5) or more.  

Gratuities
If you find your services to your liking, gratuities are welcomed by our staff.  This is a personal option at your sole discretion.  Gratuities are often 15-20% and can be given either directly to your service professional or at the front desk in a sealed envelope for privacy.

Gift Cards
It’s so easy to take the stress out of gift giving by buying a few NV Nails gift cards.  Remember, our gift cards are non-refundable but they can be used for any of our services.  One more thing-we’re sorry, but NV Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Cell Phones / PDAs
Please be courteous to our other customers and keep your calls limited to emergency only.  Thank you for maintaining a serene environment.
